Phenomenal engagements

This image is for the invitation to our exhibition... It shows some of Marlene's enamelled Kiepersol leaves just waiting to be set. On the right is a pendant she made for her Master's.

Doves

Two silver rings made by Marlene... using birds that I developed for my Masters.... in 1993!

I do think the title is a reference to the two of us... and that I think we could work really well together... if only we could work out a way!

What A pair!...

Beautiful plate

So difficult to tamper with... ?! One of the photoetched plates from Marlene, that I want to use for embossing...

Etched plates and pieces

Test plates from Marlene... I'm looking through her test plates to find one (or two or three) to use for embossing. This one has some beautiful patination that just happened... The off cuts in the background are from her domed, enamelled pendants

Birds

A combined effort ... Marlene's rings with my birds with her drawing of my idea for an embossing... The rings also have an Indian press moulded detail...
